Marathon Health Portal
PriorityOne Health Center provides convenient access to healthcare at your fingertips through the Marathon Health Portal available both online via an internet browser and through a mobile app.
The Marathon Health Portal is a quick and easy way to manage your healthcare needs:
Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments with your provider
Video Visits: Meet virtually with your care team
Messaging: Communicate securely with your care team
Medications: Manage your prescriptions and request refills
Health Records: Easily access your medical records

Marathon Health Portal Help
Forgot username or password? If you have forgotten your password or username to the Marathon Health Portal, click 'Forgot Password?' near the 'Sign In' button on the login page of the portal page or mobile app, and follow the steps.
Need additional help? If you have issues accessing your existing account, or need additional help, please contact Marathon Health's Patient Support Team at (866) 434-3255. In the mobile app, you can also click 'Contact Patient Support Team' at the bottom of the login screen, which will provide a button to call.
How do I create an account?
First-Time Marathon Health Portal Registration
If you are newly eligible to access PriorityOne Health Center and/or are accessing the Marathon Health Portal for the first time, you will need to complete a one-time registration. Note: You cannot register until your insurance is active.
Go to my.marathon-health.com
Click ‘Register My Account’
Enter the following information to verify your identity:
First and Last Name
Email Address (For a spouse, the email needs to be different from the employee’s)
Social Security Number*
Date of birth
Home Address
Phone Number
*Note: While it is not required to register, entering your Social Security Number (SSN) will improve the registration and account creation process.
Under the ‘Marathon Health Access’ section:
In the ‘Register as’ drop down, select either Employee, Spouse or Dependent
If you select Employee: In the field for Employee’s Employer, type ‘Shawnee Mission School District'
If you select Spouse or Dependent: Enter the following information for the Employee: First Name, Last Name, Social Security Number*, Date of Birth, and type ‘Shawnee Mission School District' in the field for Employee’s Employer
Click 'Submit'
After you submit your information, Marathon Health will review their records to ensure accuracy and confirm your eligibility. Once your identity is verified, follow the steps provided by Marathon Health to complete your account setup
Quick Tips
Appointments
To schedule a new appointment:
On the home screen click the Schedule an appointment button
If you have any linked household members, in the Who is the visit for? drop down, select the name of the person you are scheduling the appointment for.
Under What is the reason for your visit? select the reason from the available options (for example Sick/Symptom Visit, Annual Physical, Chronic Condition Visit, etc.).
Under What visit type will you need?, select either In-Person Visit or Virtual Visit
Then click Search Availability
To find your desired appointment, you can select a specific provider from the Provider drop-down menu, select a specific date on the calendar, click the arrows to see availability for weeks at a time, and click the option to search next available day
Once you find your preferred appointment, select the day and time
On the Please Review & Confirm page:
Review your contact and insurance information
In Patient Notes provide any notes you want to share with your care team about the reason for your appointment
If you selected a Virtual Visit, select from video or phone visit
For video visits: Please enter a valid email address. You will receive an email or text message after you’ve scheduled and prior to your appointment with instructions on how to begin your video visit.
For telephonic visits: Please enter a valid phone number. Your provider will call the phone number(s) listed at the time of your appointment
Then select Confirm And Schedule Appointment (If you need to make a change, select Choose A Different Time)
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details; Marathon Health will send you a reminder email and text message with appointment details 7 days in advance of the appointment, or immediately if the appointment is within 7 days (See Personal Information and Settings > Contact Preferences below to review and edit how you will receive notifications for secure messaging and appointment reminders)
Note: If you do not see an appointment that works for you, please call PriorityOne Health Center at (913) 549-9970 to see if they can accommodate you.
To change an upcoming appointment, click Appointments in the top navigation bar, then click View Appointments to see upcoming appointments and make changes.
Communicate with Care Team
To send a secure message to the care team, on your home screen click the Send a message button. Select a Message Reason from the drop down, then type a subject and the message. Once completed, click the green Send Message button. Note: Messages will be responded to within 1-2 business days.
To view secure messages sent and received, click the Messages envelope button on the top of the portal screen.
To request a prescription refill, from your home screen click the Refill a medication button.
Health Records
To view health records, from your home screen click the View your health records button. Here you can view your Dashboard, Test Results, Health Summary (Medications, Allergies, Health Issues, Immunizations, Screenings, Visit Summaries, Patient Education, Documents), Risk Profile, Goals, and Care Guidelines.
To view lab results, from your home screen click My Health in the navigation bar, then select My Health Dashboard. Here you can see a summary of your most recent results. To see your full lab results and history, click Test Results. You can also print your results from this page.
Personal Information and Settings
To update your personal information and preferred settings, from the home screen click on your name in the top right corner of the home screen, then select Profile & Settings.
Here you can update anything you need, including Personal Info, Contact Info, Contact Preferences, Emergency Contact, Home Address, Login & Password, and Custom Settings. Click the Update button on the bottom of the screen if you make any changes.
Under Contact Info:
You can update your phone number to ensure the care team can contact you when needed.
In the Contact Preferences section, you can change how you receive notifications for secure messaging and appointment reminders. Note: It is recommended to enable email, text, and/or push notifications for both Patient Portal Notifications and Appointment Reminders. Click the green Update button when complete.
Under Custom Settings you can change the Time Zone and Primary Language for your portal account. Click the green Update button when complete.
Family Settings will be available if you have linked household members. Here you can manage family permissions, and invite eligible family members to register for the Marathon Health Portal.
