Marathon Health Portal 

Marathon Health provides convenient access to healthcare at your fingertips through the Marathon Health Portal available both online via an internet browser and through a mobile app. 

First-Time Marathon Health Portal Access:

Accessing the portal for the first time? 

If you are newly eligible to access PriorityOne Health Center and/or are accessing the Marathon Health Portal for the first time, you will need to complete a one-time registration.  Note:   You cannot register until your insurance is effective. 

1. Go to my.marathon-health.com

2. Click ‘Register My Account’

3. Enter the following information to verify your identity:

   • 1. First and Last Name

     2. Email Address (For a spouse, the email needs to be different from the employee’s)

     3. Date of Birth

     4. Home Address

     5. Phone Number

     6. Social Security Number*

     7. Date of birth

4. Under Client Eligibility, enter Waukesha County for Client Name, and select the category that represents you under Register as (i.e., employee or spouse)

5. Click 'Submit'

6. Follow the remaining steps to create your password and submit

*Note: Your Social Security number (SSN) is used to automatically verify that you are eligible to access the Waukesha Employee Health & Wellness Center and the Marathon Health Portal. While it is not required to register, entering your social security number will improve the registration and account creation process.

To register through the mobile app for the first time, click the 'Connect Account' button at the bottom of the login screen.  Or click here to register via internet browser first.

Forgot username or password? 

If you have forgotten your password or username to the Marathon Health Portal, click 'Forgot password?' near the 'Sign In' button on the login page of the portal page or mobile app, and follow the steps.

If you have issues accessing your existing account, or need additional help, please contact Marathon Health at (866) 434-3255. In the mobile app, you can also click 'Contact Patient Support Team' at the bottom of the login screen, which will provide a button to call.
