Shawnee Mission School District employees enrolled in any of the SMSD's medical plans are eligible to receive a $600 ($50/month) wellbeing incentive on their 2027 medical insurance when completing eligible wellbeing activities between January 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026. Click links below for more details.
Note: Unless you are a new hire, all requirements must be completed by October 31.

At a mass screening event (organized through the school district)

At the PriorityOne Health Center
With a primary care provider (PCP)
OPTION B: Complete Four (4) Wellness Workshops on the Marathon Health portal
OPTION C: Complete Two (2) Health Coaching Visits at PriorityOne Health Center
Note: Marathon Health, the organization that operates PriorityOne Health Center, is your incentive resource. All activities will be recorded in the Incentives portion of the Marathon Health Portal.
